Thanksgiving

Thank you to our 74 Thanksgiving volunteers! 135 delicious boxed lunches with turkey sandwiches, corn salad, cranberry sauce, sweet breads, potato ships and water made (only one eaten by a squirrel), preparers and guests safely masked and distanced, 134 people served (including a few vegetarian and gluten free lunches), and all cleaned up by 2:15 p.m. (a record for the books!)

A dozen people roasted turkey breasts at home and brought them for slicing on Thursday morning.
Homemade cranberry and banana bread was sliced in the morning.
